Descartes has a lot to answer for!
I'm not too sure how to respond. I would say that during Descartes time, he did have quite a bit to answer for if he were making implications that the universe (natural phenomena) was or could be explained by mathamatical description. Also that the masses take a more analytical thought to the study of nature rather than merely making the assumption that we were creations of a superior being? I would say that the church at the time might have had some sort of comment on this althought he still insisted on the absolute freedom of God's act of Creation. His ideas opened doors of thought which contributed to and allowed new processes to be discovered in relation to others.
Our "energy efficient" culture.
'Mottainai'....... (Japanese word)3 R's- Reuse, Recycle, and Reduce + Respect. When we conserve energy we will hopefully be able to use it more wisely in the future or at least prolong it for future generations. Possibly even reducing the thermal radiation that we produce into the universe. If we conserve then we will have it when we need it from personal to universal.
Newton's three laws and me.
Newton's laws of motion can basically be applied to keeping in a postitive energy and direction of good health physically and emotionally. If we as practioner are focusing our energies in a forward motion the in most case results will be positive. If we apply laws then it may happen even faster if we focus.

Consciouness out of chaos?
We take the chaos that we experience and put it together with the abilities that we were given, inherited, developed, and attempt to process and make some sense of it. There are times when our minds as we know them are unable to make sense of a situation (Fate, Chaos) and we deal and move on. In most cases we are able to build, devleope, and process the infromation to a degree of understanding so we can go on with life.
Fractals as pattern of complex systems
I would associate this with the function of our metal thought processes. We all have to repetitivly process the situations, information, etc., of the day and in the same manner in which we were tought to. This repitition, combined with the factors of fate I feel create this for us in our daily living and processing on a continous basis.
What does "ordered chaos" mean to you?
I feel that it helps me to keep an open mind while at the same time learning what we have to learn to have the knowledge that we do. Keeping myself open for change, advancement, and broadening my knowledge. Not to lock myslef into one idea or theory to be more open to all.

Are there connections between Sacred Geometry and Physics?
How could there not be. Even though the sacreds didn't have technology like us they still had mind and ability to compare nature to theory. There simply must be connections between them.
Just what does this CP violation really mean?
It means what the article says, " Thus one is faced with a choice:". It seems if one can affect the decay then it would seem possible to move back in time or forward in time but until that is achieved we must simply wonder or make a choice and choose to prove.
My (a)symmetrical world.
I would say that the world must be symetrical but at times we have moments of asymmetry since we never are in constant harmony. We strive for harmony (symmetry) in life but as fate would have it we don't always achieve it.
What is the function of gravity?
Basically I would say it is the glue of our universe. It holds together all that is necessary for us to exist in this universe of ours.
How would you compare the four "forces"?
I would compare them to a family. That with out the foundation of the other they would not exist. That they are there for the support of one another. But who knows how extenisve the family is? It could go on for generations?
How has e=mc2 affected you?
It has broadened my perspective on how the tiniest forms of matter can affect myself and the universe around me.
